My name is Dotty Fermin, and I’m a lifelong resident of Hinesville and a graduate of Bradwell Institute. I’ve been the administrative assistant at HFUMC for 33 years but before that I worked at the Aiea UMC in Hawaii for 4 years. So, I’m happy to say that I’ve been doing the Lord’s work for many years! I absolutely love coming to work each day because I know that there is always a new adventure awaiting.
I’m married to my husband, Berny and we have 3 grown children and four precious grandchildren. Berny is also very active in our church and is always available to volunteer whenever possible.
When we’re not working, we like to spend time with our family, go to the beach and take our annual vacation to Hawaii. My happy place is sitting in the swing on my sister-in-law’s porch enjoying the nice cool Hawaiian breeze.
